WHAT IS A Bernedoodle?

Bernedoodles are a unique blend of a Standard Poodle and Bernese Mountain Dog. This doodle cross is a great blend of two breeds that aim to produce high quality puppies with good structure, excellent family temperaments, nice healthy dogs and, of course, the ideal look and feel of a happy-go-lucky doodle.

“Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what your going to get,” in the doodle world! As we have a good idea of coat, color and size when we pair parents, we can't guarantee these. Same as humans, genetics are made up of so many generations. You never know when a grandparent gene will pop up!!

~COATS~

Our bernedoodles can have a wavy or curly coat depending on the generation and parents of the dog. All coats will need to be brushed regularly and groomed roughly every 6 to 8 weeks!

~COLORS~

Snowy Mountain Doodles currently produces cream, black tri-color, blue merles and blue tri merles! We will be adding chocolate merle, chocolates, chocolate tri merles, chocolate tri-colors soon, phantoms and bi-colors soon!! Stay tuned as we are very excited for these additions!

~SIZES~

Sizes will vary depending on the size of the parents.

MICRO MINI: UP TO 25LBS

MINI: 25-45LBS

MEDIUM: 45-60LBS

STANDARD: 60LBS+

F1: Pure Bred Bernese Mountain Dog to a purebred poodle.

F1b: Purebred poodle to an f1 Bernedoodle

Multigen: F1 or higher bred to an F1b or higher generation
