~WAITING LIST~
How does our waiting list work? If you would like to be placed on our waiting list a deposit will reserve your spot in line. It is never too early to get on our list! The sooner you do, the better chance you have of getting the puppy you want. All puppy updates will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram groups for all of our litters for everyone to see. This information will be made available to you once you have completed your non-refundable deposit agreement form (provided upon request) and your deposit has been received. We will then contact you individually when we have puppies available to you.
~reservation fee~
We are always accepting applications for our future puppies! Reservation fees are $300 and will go towards the final purchase price of your puppy. Reservation fees are non-refundable. While we cannot guarantee we will have the specific gender, color, or coat type of your choice from your desired litter, we CAN guarantee that you will get a healthy and happy new family member! We try our very best to make an educated guess about what puppies we will be expecting, but Mother Nature ultimately decides what we get and when!
~PUPPY PICK-OUT~
For those on our waiting list, we will update everyone in our Facebook Waitlist group when each litter is born and will contact you individually when we have puppies available. We ask that you let us know within 48 hours if you might be interested in selecting from the available litter. If timing isn't quite right when you are up to choose you are welcome to pass on two separate occasions (taking the 3rd offer). We will provide weekly photos or video updates as the puppies grow prior to choosing as well as up until they leave so that you can continue to watch your puppy mature. We do not take requests for photos/videos and will share pictures of your chosen puppy when we have them ready for you. Please understand it takes alot of work for puppy pictures!! For the safety of our young puppies, we do not allow in-person selections. If you aren't particular on gender, size, etc. you will likely have more options to choose from and have the opportunity to get your puppy sooner.
~VISITATIONS~
At this time we are not allowing visitations. We try extremely hard to keep diseases away from our home. Deadly diseases such as parvo can be easily tracked on shoes and transfered extremely easy. We understand this can be disappointing to some and we are deeply sorry for this inconvenience. We are just trying to keep our puppies and dogs as healthy as we possibly can, we hope you understand!! However, we are happy to set up scheduled Facebook video chats during the week days!!
~FINAL PAYMENTS~
Final payments are paid at the time of pick up! Final payments are to be paid in CASH (we do not accept venmo, PayPal or other avenues of FINAL PAYMENT)
~REFUNDS~
Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE, please only place a deposit if you are certain you will be ready for a new puppy in the next 18 months! After the puppy has left our care, the new family has 3 days to take the puppy in to see a vet for a physical examination. If the puppy were to be found in ill health with any life threatening disease, the cause of which we as breeders were to blame, only then can the puppy be returned for a partial refund. Shipping fees, if any, would not be refunded.
~PUPPY PICK-UP~
We will share each litter's pick-up date when contacting families about their availability. Pick up dates are typically the weekend closest to/after a litter has reached 8 weeks of age. We will have a 2-3 day window for pick up which you must be available for in order to select from said litter. We highly encourage everyone to drive or fly in to come pick up your new family member. This would be the best budget friendly option for you! However, we are happy to fly your puppy to you!
~DELIVERY~
HAND-DELIVERY: If available, we can hand-deliver your puppy to an airport near you! Your puppy will fly as carry-on with our flight nanny or I can personally fly your puppy, in the comfort and protection of the airplane cabin. Hand-delivery to the continental US starts at $600-$1100 (depending on location). This will include your puppy's flight and everything they need to make the journey home.
You are welcome to fly in and take your puppy home as a carry-on. We can meet you at the Spokane, Washington (GEG) airport free of charge! We are happy to recommend certain luggage for your puppy!
~HEALTH GUARANTEE~
We stand behind each puppy we sell, and each one will come with a 2-Year Health Guarantee! We guarantee your puppy to be free from any life threatening congenital defect or we will replace your puppy free of charge,

~DEWCLAWS & TAIL DOCKING~
We do not remove Dewclaws nor do we dock tails!
~RETURNS~
Occasionally, circumstances change or a puppy does not work out in his or her new home for various reasons. In these or other similar situations we are more than happy to take the puppy or adult dog back until a new home can be found. We do not offer refunds past the 3 day mark after the puppy has gone to their new home and exchanges can only be made within our 2-year guarantee window if your puppy was found to have a genetic defect.
~BREEDING RIGHTS~
Each puppy will be sold on a strict spay/neuter contract. Breeding rights are available to small, approved breeders. We are happy to answer any questions you may have!! Please contact us about breeding right pricing.
