Purchase Agreement

The buyer will pay a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $300 to secure their position on our waitlist. Deposit is to be paid within 24hrs to keep placement on the waitlist. If the buyer chooses to not buy the puppy when it comes time for the puppy to go home, the buyer will forfeit the deposit. Price of our puppies varies on size and color. Purchase price for this puppy is $_________ plus 6% Idaho Sales tax ($______)is a total of $_______.

All money paid towards deposits go towards the final price of your puppy. The seller accepts Venmo, Cash and Check for the waitlist and deposit only. THE FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE IN CASH WHEN BUYER PICKS UP THEIR PUPPY.

The puppy shall remain with its mother until they are 8 weeks old and/or have been cleared by the vet to take home. The buyer agrees that all pick up dates are to be set by the seller in the best interest f the puppy. If the puppy is not picked up within 1 business day of the pick up date, the seller may then offer said puppy to another owner without any further obligation to the buyer. Seller will do their best to work with everyone’s schedules to arrange convenient times. The outstanding balance shall be paid to and received by the seller before the buyer hall obtain possession of the puppy. The balance due most be paid in CASH. PLEASE NOTE I WILL NOT GIVE OUT MY HOME ADDRESS TILL ONE HOUR BEFORE PICKUP TIME. My Family and business privacy and safety are my utmost priority. We live in Spirit Lake, Idaho and only live a few minutes from town!

I, the seller, make no guarantee of the puppy’s mature size, coat color, or style of coat. Puppies are secured by deposit in an “as is” state, in reference to your choice of puppy at an early age, where exact color and coat pattern may change, and personality is not apparent. If by tragic accident, the puppy were to die or be determined to have a congenital defect before they go home at eight weeks old that prevents the puppy from being a companion animal, a full refund of deposit will be given to the buyer. If the congenital defect affects sight or hearing and is still desired by the buyer, the puppy will be offered to the buyer at a discount rate.

The seller reserves the right to void this transaction and refund the deposit if we feel for any reason the buyer might not be suitable for the puppy for any given reason. The seller has up to 30 days to refund the deposit.

Health Guarantee

This health guarantee is between the original buyer and the seller, and does not transfer to a 3rd party. Your puppy comes with a (2) year health guarantee that covers genetic health defects that we have tested on Embark or Paw Print genetics for a period of (2) years from the date of birth.

You must notify us (Snowy Mountain Doodles) if your puppy becomes ill, isn’t eating well, or shows any unusual signs of distress for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. You have 72 hours from the time of purchase to have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. We recommend scheduling this appointment before coming to pick up your puppy. If your puppy is found to have any life threatening or genetic defects, you must notify seller immediately and provide to the seller a written veterinarians statement that includes the complete diagnosis of the puppy’s condition within 24hrs of diagnosis. We reserve the right to have the diagnosis verified by another veterinarian of our choice and/or require you to have specific testes run on the puppy to verify the diagnosis. If the puppy dies and the buyer requests a replacement puppy, the buyer understands that they must have a necropsy performed by a state laboratory, at their expense to determine the cause of death. Their puppy will be replaced or refunded, only if the death was caused by a covered genetic problem or an illness which the puppy had at the time of purchase.

If the puppy is replaced, it will be replaced with one equal value as soon as one becomes avaliable and only after the puppy and all papers have been returned (in satisfactory condition) to Spirit Lake, Idaho unless seller determines a refund is more appropriate. Buyer is responsible for providing all transportation and transportation related costs of transporting puppy/puppies. Puppy must not be euthanized without prior written approval from the seller or this guarantee is VOID. You understand that your puppy will only be replaced if health problems are life threatening and are attributed solely to a hereditary problem and are not due to accident or injury. We will do our best to replace your puppy with one that is as close to your puppies size and color as we can but we do not guarantee that a replacement puppy will be the same size or color. The decision to provide a refund is at the sole discretion of the seller and a replacement puppy is our usual choice.

Failure to follow the medical advice and/or treatment instructions of a veterinarian or seller will void this guarantee. Seller is not responsible for an veterinarians bills after leaving our home unless previously agreed to in writing by seller. Seller is not responsible for any expenses incurred while the puppy is in the buyers care. (For example, toys, bedding, classes taken, etc.)

No refunds or replacements will be given to conditions that affect the puppy’s ability to breed. If a puppy is sold with breeding rights the buyer understands that the seller makes no guarantee as to the puppy being breeding quality or ability.

Snowy Mountain Doodles does not cover internal or external parasites, hernias, undescended testicles, over or under bites, heart murmurs, injuries, allergies, heat exhaustion or hypoglycemia. Because a luxating patella, murmurs or hip dysplasia can be caused by injury or poor environmental challenges they are not covered if they are not discovered during your veterinarians initial examination. Kennel cough and other communicable diseases are not covered after your veterinarians initial examination. THIS HEALH GUARANTEE IS VOID IF BUYER FAILS TO MEET ANY OF ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

By placing a deposit, I state that I have read, understand and agree to all of the terms and conditions of this purchase agreement and health guarantee. You will sign and receive a physical copy of the is agreement when you pick up your puppy as well.
